The process begins with in-person meeting, phone call or Skype to establish if we’re a good fit for each other!
RESERVE YOUR DATE
When you've decided to move forward I'll send you my agreement. You'll sign this and send along with it your deposit to secure your date. After that you'll receive a Welcome "I'M SO EXCITED TO BE WORKING WITH YOU" Packet from me that will give you information and good suggestions for the next steps should you need it. This will have everything in it from What to Wear for Your Engagement Session to suggested Wedding Day Timeline worksheets.
I offer this session as a complimentary service because I feel it's a vital part of the process in getting to know each other. It's so important to me that I've decided the best way to make sure it happens is by gifting it to my beautiful clients. It’s capturing a short lived but meaningful time in your life: Engagement! Whether it's done 6 months or 2 days before your wedding, the Engagement session is a great time for you to get comfortable with me and my camera. I'll walk you through different ways to relax and be yourself in front of the lens. There's nothing like taking a few hours, capturing this time in photographs and having them to look back on forever.
During this process I’m available to answer your questions on what you’ll need and how to prepare for your wedding day photography. This open dialogue includes getting information from you and your wedding planner (if you have one) to coordinate on how to make the day go as seamless as possible. We’ll create a timeline, do a site visit (if schedule and travel allows), schedule additional photography sessions (Bridal or Boudoir) and then 30 days before the wedding I’ll send you a final questionnaire. We’ll touch base a week before and then it’s smooth sailing to the alter!
After your beautiful day I’ll begin preparing your photographs for you! Once your photographs are finished I’ll send you a link to your online viewing/ordering gallery where you can download files or share it with friends and family. I’ll follow up with you, send an exit questionnaire because I want to make sure I provided a good experience for you. And then it’s happily ever after!
